HG Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client, reliable and customer-focused 3.5T Home Delivery Drivers. In this role, you’ll be ensuring customers receive their grocery deliveries safely, on time, and with exceptional service.
Rates:
- Monday to Friday £12.50
- Saturday & Sunday £13.00
- Bank Holiday £25.00

Duties:
- Safely operate a 3.5T delivery vehicle to deliver groceries to customers’ homes.
- Complete between 10/20 deliveries per shift, following planned routes and schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring deliveries are made accurately and courteously.
- Load and unload vehicles safely, handling all products with care.
- Complete all relevant delivery paperwork and use handheld devices as required.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance issues.
- Follow all road safety regulations and Asda’s company policies.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (Category B) held for at least 12 months.
- No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good geographical knowledge of the local area.
- Physically fit – able to lift and move groceries up to 25kg.
- Flexible and reliable with a positive, professional attitude.
