RATES – Class 1 (PAYE with accrued holiday pay)
- AM starts £198.00 PER SHIFT
- PM starts £214.50 PER SHIFT

HG Recruitment are recruiting CLASS 1 HGV DRIVER in DAVENTRY. Professional Class 1 drivers are required to APPLY NOW.
DUTIES:
- Adhering to safe working practices to always ensure the safety of yourself and others.
- Securing load of the trailer to ensure products are safely secured to minimise chances of damage.
- Always provide excellent customer service and to take ownership of customer issues on delivery.
- CLASS 1 HGV DRIVER must carry out trunking and store deliveries within the delivery window in a safe manner.
- Be aware of any vehicle defects and bring to the attention of Transport Office as necessary

Requirements:
- HGV C+E, HGV Class 2 licence – minimum 6 months
- Digi Tacho & CPC cards
- Maximum 6 points for minor endorsements
- Knowledge of driver regulations (WTD & Driver’s Hours)
- Good national geographical awareness
- Possess excellent customer facing awareness skills
- Good timekeeper and able to work unsupervised
- Enthusiastic and reliable with a commitment to delivering first class customer service
- Must have good communication skills and a flexible can-do attitude to work
