HG Recruitment are recruiting Class 2 Drivers in partnership with EVRi to support their operation in Avonmouth, Severn Beach, Gloucestershire, BS35 4PQ.

Pay Rates
£16.13 - £18.07 per hour
£18.13 - £20.31 per hour
PAYE and Holiday-Inclusive rates available.
Shift Patterns Available
- Night Shifts - Start times between 23:00 and 03:00
- Day Shifts - Start times between 04:00 and 08:00
Working Pattern
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Flexible working patterns to suit your availability
- Weekend working required
- Drivers must be available to work a minimum of 3–4 weekend shifts per month
- Ongoing work available throughout the year
The Role
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of parcels between distribution units and customer locations.
You will be responsible for completing scheduled deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer service.
Key Duties
- Delivering to distribution units and designated delivery locations.
- Conducting vehicle checks before and after each shift.
- Loading and unloading goods safely and securely.
- Adhering to Driver Hours, Tachograph, and Working Time Directive regulations.
- Maintaining excellent communication with the transport team.
- Completing all delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.
- Representing HG Recruitment and our customer professionally at all times.

Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
- Valid CPC Qualification Card.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- Recent Class 2 driving experience preferred.
- New Pass HGV Drivers Welcome.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable and professional approach.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
