Estimated weekly earnings of £604–£646 based on a 40-hour working week, with holiday pay accrued separately.
The role
Join HG Recruitment as an HGV Class 2 Driver, supporting EVRi's busy Plymouth distribution operation, with full-time, part-time and flexible shifts available.
- Days: Delivery routes supporting the local distribution network.
- Twilights & Nights: Scheduled trunking runs between the Plymouth depot and EVRi distribution units.
- Various start times available to suit your availability.
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks and ensure loads are transported safely and securely.
- Comply with drivers' hours, tachograph and Working Time Regulations.
- Maintain good communication with the transport team and complete relevant paperwork.
Requirements
You must have:
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence – new passes welcome.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good understanding of driver compliance and road safety.
- Reliable, professional and confident working independently.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to complete a driving assessment before starting.
